Mold Remediation for Homes and Businesses in Eastern Washington and North Idaho

Mold can affect any part of a property. Pacific Northwest Remediation provides mold remediation throughout homes and businesses, from attics and crawl spaces to interior rooms and other affected areas. When materials need to be removed to address the problem, our team can perform the necessary interior demolition as part of the remediation work.

We work with homeowners, real estate agents, and home inspectors to resolve mold concerns—including issues discovered during a home inspection or real estate transaction. If you’re working with a deadline, let us know. We’ll review the available information, explain the recommended scope of work, and provide a clear estimate as promptly as we can.

Professional Service and Competitive Pricing

Founded by Grant Silver in 2015, Pacific Northwest Remediation remains a hands-on, owner-led business. Grant works alongside his employee on most jobs, staying directly involved in the work and making sure customers receive clear communication and careful service from start to finish.

We keep our operation focused so we can offer competitive pricing without cutting corners. Our goal is to do the job right, treat customers fairly, and earn your trust through dependable service.

OUR SERVICES

Mold Remediation

We provide mold remediation for residential and commercial properties. Mold can develop in any area of a building, including attics, crawl spaces, and finished interior rooms. When affected materials need to be removed to complete the work, our team can perform the necessary interior demolition. For mold in attics and crawl spaces we use a chemical treatment specifically designed to attack and eliminate mold.

For homes in the Spokane area involved in a sale or purchase, we can often prepare a bid using the property listing and any available home inspection report. An in-person visit is not always needed; it depends on the project and the information available. When we have enough information, we can often provide a bid the same day.

If you have a mold concern, contact us to discuss the project and the best next step.

Mold Sampling & Air Quality Testing

When mold is suspected but not visible, air sampling can provide additional information about airborne mold spores. We use Air-O-Cell cassettes to collect samples for analysis. Sampling is one tool for evaluating a concern; it cannot identify every hidden source of mold or guarantee that a property is mold-free.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

We perform remediation in accordance with applicable requirements and product instructions, with attention to safe work practices and quality throughout the project.

About

WHO WE ARE

I founded Pacific Northwest Remediation in 2015 to provide homeowners and businesses with reliable, professional mold remediation at fair prices. With 21 years of experience in the field, I understand how disruptive mold concerns can be and how important it is to get clear information and dependable service.

As a resident of the Pacific Northwest, I’m familiar with the regional conditions that can contribute to moisture and mold problems. I also hold a degree in Biology from Eastern Washington University, which gives me a strong foundation for understanding mold and the conditions that support its growth.

I am hands-on with the work and work alongside my employees on most projects. We’re committed to treating every customer with honesty and respect, explaining our recommendations clearly, and completing the work carefully.
