At Pacific Northwest Remediation, we specialize in mold remediation for both residential and commercial properties.
If you suspect a mold issue, contact us for an assessment. If your home is in the Spokane area and is on the market—whether for sale or purchase—we can provide an evaluation. In most cases, an in-person inspection is not required, as mold problems commonly occur in attics and crawl spaces. By reviewing the property's listing details, we can typically provide a bid the same day. If a home inspection report is available, it can be a valuable resource in assessing the extent of the issue.
Mold Sampling & Air Quality Testing
If you suspect mold but don’t see visible signs of growth, we offer professional mold sampling to determine whether a problem exists. We use Air-O-Cell cassettes to analyze airborne mold spores and assess indoor air quality, helping to confirm or rule out contamination.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
All of our work strictly adheres to state, federal, and local regulations, ensuring safe and effective mold remediation.
